Sri Rama Navami festival is on date 24th March 2010.SriRamaNavami also known as is a Hindu festival RamaNavami, celebrating the birth of Lord Ram to King Dasharatha and Queen Kausalya of Ayodhya. RamaNavami2010 Brahmotsavam is celebrated from 11 days which begins on 20th March 2010 and continues till 30th March 2010. Celebration

Hindus normally perform Kalyanotsavam (marriage celebration) with small deities murtis of Rama and Sita in their homes, and at the end of the day the deity is taken to a procession on the streets.
