Teachers Day speech – Teacher’s day is celebrated every year all over the places in the country. It is an opportunity for the Students to take this special day to express gratitude and appreciation for their teachers.
Teachers shape the lives of the students, lessons learned from the teachers remain with their students throughout life. Many teachers have their own families, financial troubles and life stresses, Keeping all the problems aside, teaches are still teach their students, how to solve many problems that come in the future, who are experiencing many stresses. A Student should always respect their teachers or Sirs or Madams. Teachers encouragement and support, will give so much confident to a learner. Socrates was a example of a good teacher. Socrates considered himself a learner as well as a teacher during his time. A true teacher helps the students by giving the right advice. India celebrate Teacher’s Day on 5th September, since 1962.
It is the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan [5 September 1888 ], who was the second President of India. It is considered a “celebration” day, where teachers and students report to school as usual but the usual activities and classes are replaced by activities of celebration, thanks and remembrance. At some schools on this day, the responsibility of teaching is taken up by the senior students to show appreciation for their teachers.
