I teach blacksmithing (steel forging) in Santa Fe, NM. I currently have an East Indian student who apprised us of this holiday. He is going to make a confection and bring it for all of us to eat.
Unfortunately, being in the U.S., we will think about Vishwakarma and his works, but we will not lay down our tools. The students have paid their tuition, and they expect to get some instruction.
