Accroding to a retired Prof of Indian Astro Physics who told PTI, The partial solar eclipse will begin at 12:10:11 IST and end at 16:30:54 IST. In India, Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun over Kutch, parts of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, UP, Delhi, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, he said. In Delhi, the eclipse will begin at 15:11:49 and end at 15:52:02 IST, with a magnitude 2.7 per cent.
